Internal Family Systems Therapy
“Including the body story along with the verbal story in therapy illuminates and awakens what has been obscured in darkness”
I am a level 1 trained Internal Family Systems therapist. IFS therapy is a transformative approach that views each of us as being made up of different sub-personalities, each with their own unique perspectives and feelings. As an IFS therapist, I will guide you in exploring these internal parts from a somatic lens, fostering self-awareness, compassion, and healing. Through mindful inquiry, I help clients identify and understand their inner world and facilitate a dialogue between the “parts” of their system. This exploration supports embodiment and harmony within, and empowers individuals to navigate their experiences and relationships more openly and wholly. As clients learn to nurture their internal family, they can release burdens, heal past wounds and trauma, and cultivate a deeper sense of self acceptance.
I continue to learn and integrate IFS into my own life and practice through monthly group consultation and workshops put on by the IFS institute and my teachers to offer you cutting edge therapy that goes beyond ethical standards of care.
IFS Intensives
Looking for a shorter term commitment while still accessing a deep dive into healing?
Intensives offer a concentrated experience and may be right for you if you are feeling stuck and are curious about other modalities. An intensive is not a replacement for therapy but may be a positive addition to your current care plan or as a standalone option as they create a jumping off point for greater wellbeing and continued growth. Intensives will vary in length and cost but are formatted as one, two, and three day offerings. As a holistic practitioner Olivia weaves in practices including energy work, ritual, meditation, and movement into her IFS intensive offerings to support integration and embodiment.

Embodied Equine Sessions
Horses are sentient beings and offer us great insights if we are willing to listen. Embodied Equine sessions are experiential and prioritize the relationship you have with the horse and the environment, this allows space for an organic unfolding to happen. These sessions involve present moment awareness, connection, and are somatic (body based) in nature. Working with horses may be for you if you are seeking an alternative approach to healing or are looking to connect to nature and animals in a deeper way. These sessions are being offered for folks already working with a regular therapist who would like short term nervous system and embodiment support.
Energy Work
What is Reiki?
Reiki is Universal life force energy, an ancient Japanese healing system used to create wholeness in mind, body and spirit. It is a non- invasive healing energy. “Rei” meaning Universal and “ki”, or life force energy, moves through practitioner to client to encourage balance and harmony.
Olivia is Reiki III trained in the Usui Reiki lineage and offers Reiki to both horses and humans as a solo offering or in combination with IFS as an integrative approach.
Reiki is not a replacement for traditional medical or veterinary care, it is not a cure, and as a practitioner I do not diagnose or treat illnesses in humans or horses.
